Self-Love 101 is an experiential workshop that provides tried and proven
techniques for
managing the “negative mind” and plotting a successful course
to Self Love. As a participant
you will personally experience the energy of love in action, and design your
own path for
incorporating this love into life on a daily basis.
As a participant of Self-Love 101 you will have the opportunity to:
Develop new ways of treating yourself
with love and respect
Build a stronger foundation for relationship/partnership with others
Change
the “Story” that
limits the full expression of your potential
Feel love from the
inside out!
Join us in a caring, supportive, and confidential environment.
This workshop
is for singles, couples, male, female, adults of all ages,
independent of religious or spiritual affiliation.
